Delivery Information & Prices

When will my Order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 24 hours of your Order being processed.  For certain items, such as those stocked by our distributors and partners, we aim to dispatch these to you within 48 hours.  All of our items are delivered on a standard delivery basis to ensure we can keep your delivery costs at a minimum.  You will be notified via email/text as soon as your Order is dispatched.  We advise our customers to allow for at least three working days from dispatch and to avoid booking in tradesman until the items are at your door.

If you do require a speedier delivery, please speak to one of our agents on LiveChat or contact admin@LuxuryBathroomsAndTiles.co.uk and the prospect of this will be looked into at an additional cost.

Whilst we are constantly striving to ensure your Order is delivered ahead of schedule, as you will appreciate, sometimes matters are beyond our control as items are delivered by third party couriers. Albeit professional and dedicated, they can occasionally be impacted by the weather and other unforeseen circumstances.  Additionally, high demand for a particular product can result in low stock levels.  Whilst we make every effort to ensure the website is updated accordingly, sudden spikes for a particular item can impact this.

 

Who will deliver my Order?

Our deliveries are essentially handled by third party carriers. For small items such as taps and mirrors, these are delivered by parcel delivery companies such as DPD and TNT.  In the case of larger bulky items such as baths and shower trays/enclosures, these are generally delivered on a pallet by our trusted and dedicated pallet network delivery services.  Certain items such as Bathroom Wall Panels for example are directly delivered by vehicles affiliated with our suppliers.  Whilst we aim to deliver all your items at the same time, occasionally when there are multiple items, this is not always possible.

 

How will my Order be delivered?

Smaller orders such as taps and mirrors for example are bought to your front door by the parcel courier service.  Large bulky items are delivered on a kerbside basis closest to your address.  Delivery drivers are not insured to bring these inside your premises.  Therefore, it is essential that where applicable, you arrange some assistance to unload the goods into your property.  It goes without saying, some products such as Tiles for example can be very heavy and therefore caution and good posture need to be implemented when carrying them.

 

What if I am not available for delivery?

It is important that you notify us of any non availability prior to receiving the email to state your Order has been dispatched.  Please note, we reserve the right to re-issue a delivery charge in the event of any failed delivery attempts.

 

What is the cost of delivery?

The delivery cost for your Order will be calculated at checkout and made visible to you after you have submitted details of the shipping address.  Small items are charged at £6.99.  Medium sized items are charged at £19.99 and large, heavy and bulky items that are delivered on a pallet are charged at £39.99.

PLEASE NOTE, in relation to TILE and LVT Orders which are delivered via pallet, in instances where the total Order is LESS than 10 square metres, you WILL be charged an additional £24.99 in addition to the £39.99 delivery charge.  

This may not necessarily be issued at the check out process and in some instances, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
