Returns Policy & Process


Here at Luxury Bathrooms And Tiles, it is important for us that you as the customer are happy and satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reason, you have changed your mind or there are some items that you do not need, you have 30 days to return any unwanted items.  However it is important that they are retained in the original packaging and are returned in the brand new condition they were sent out to you in. 

Prior to returning any item, please send an email to and you will be issued with the relevant instructions.

Upon receipt of these unwanted items, they will be examined and if deemed to be in the original condition, a full refund for the amount paid for the product will be issued to you. At most, it can take 5 working days before the funds reach your account. 

Please note that delivery charges incurred by ourselves to deliver the product to you will NOT be reimbursed.  Additionally, you will be responsible for the  cost incurred for returning unwanted items to us.



Whilst every effort is made to ensure your Order is packaged and secured to the highest standard, given the fragile nature of some of the items we deliver such as ceramic tiles for example, damages do have the potential to occur albeit rarely.   Upon receiving delivery, customers are advised to inspect their items at the earliest opportunity.  If you do happen to notice any damage, notifying us within 48 hours will ensure a smoother returns process and importantly, replacements can be sent out to you quickly so your project is not delayed.  Details and photos of any damages should be sent alongside your Order number within 48 hours to

Failure to adhere to this timeframe could result in issues and potentially further charges being incurred.  If these conditions have been adhered to however, a full replacement will be sent out free of charge.  Please note damaged items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods. 

Once you have notified a member of our team about the damage and sent in the relevant proof of this via email, depending in the extent of the damage, you may either be requested to discard the item or send this back to us.  Details of exactly where to send this will be relayed on to you.
